Do you serve on-post Fort Campbell housing?
Yes. We serve on-post privatized housing as well as off-post in Clarksville, Oak Grove KY, Hopkinsville KY, and Cadiz. Move-out cleaning and PCS bundles are our most-booked services for on-post families.
Is there a military discount?
Yes — 10% off for active duty, retirees, and DoD civilians on every service. Just mention your status when you book or text us. No paperwork, no hoops.
How fast can you schedule a PCS move-out clean?
During PCS season (May–August) we book out 2–3 weeks. Outside peak season we can usually fit you in 3–7 days. Text us your move date as early as you can lock it in.
Do you guarantee deposit-back results?
Our PCS move-out clean follows the on-post inspection checklist and we re-clean any failed area free within 48 hours. We can't guarantee the inspector's decision, but we've never had a re-clean fail a second walkthrough.
What if I'm deployed and need home maintenance?
Our Deployment Home Watch package handles lawn, gutters, and a monthly walkthrough with photo proof — sent to the spouse, the deployed servicemember, or both. Cancel anytime, no contracts.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. Most exterior work (lawn, gutter, pressure wash) happens without anyone home. For interior work we coordinate with you — gate codes, neighbor key, or property manager access all work.
