Hive Home Services (https://hivehomeservicestn.com) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, text or call (615) 813-4701.

1. Information we collect

When you request a quote, book a service, submit a callback, or sign up as a partner, we collect the information you give us: name, phone number, email, service address, ZIP code, the service you're asking about, and any details you share about the job. If you pay online, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card details directly — Hive never sees or stores full card numbers.

2. How we use it

• Respond to your quote or booking request
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
• Match you with a licensed sub or service provider in our network
• Send review requests after a completed job
• Process payments and issue refunds when applicable
• Comply with legal obligations (tax, insurance, licensing)

We do not sell your personal information. Certain service types (HVAC, roofing, electrical, remodeling) are fulfilled by vetted third-party contractors; when you request one of those, your contact info is shared with the matched contractor so they can serve you.

3. SMS / text message consent

When you give us your phone number and check the consent box, you agree to receive transactional and marketing texts from Hive Home Services at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help. Opting out will not prevent us from contacting you about an active job, payment, or safety matter.

4. Email

We may send job-related emails (confirmations, receipts, review requests) and occasional promotional emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link in line with the CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of while you have an active job.

5. Third-party services we use

• Supabase — database and lead storage (AWS US-East)
• Twilio — SMS and voice
• Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1)
• SendGrid — transactional email
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google — reviews, analytics, and Google Business Profile

6. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep forms working. We may use analytics cookies (Google Analytics / Vercel Analytics) to understand traffic patterns. No personal identifiers are sold or shared with advertisers.

7. Data retention

Lead and job records are kept for 7 years to comply with tax and warranty obligations. You may request deletion earlier by emailing hello@hivehomeservicestn.com, subject to our obligation to retain records for active or recently completed work.

8. Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold on you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of data that is no longer needed. California, Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut residents have additional rights under state law; contact us at the email above to exercise them.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
