Whole-home after a major renovation or addition: $0.35–$0.60 per square foot, roughly $700–$1,500 for a typical 2,000–2,500 sq ft Nashville home. A final clean happens after the punch list is complete and everything is installed: full detail on every surface, inside cabinets, glass, fixtures, and floors, so the space is move-in ready. Most homeowners only need the final. GCs running longer jobs usually want both, and we will quote them as separate line items.

Why does construction dust need more than one pass?

Drywall and joint-compound dust is much finer than household dust and stays airborne for 24–48 hours after work stops. Clean every surface on day one and a visible film is back on day two. We work top-down and HEPA-vacuum before wiping so the dust is removed rather than redistributed, and on heavy jobs we schedule the detail pass at least a day after the last dusty trade finishes. Working around a move-in or closing date? Give us the date and we will sequence backward from it.

Do you haul away the construction debris too?

Not inside the cleaning price. Cleaning covers dust, residue, and fine debris. Bulk material — offcuts, packaging, old cabinets, torn-out fixtures, carpet rolls — is junk removal and gets quoted separately so you are not paying cleaning rates for hauling. Both can happen on the same visit; tell us what is being left behind and we will price the two lines side by side.

My house is older. Is there anything you will not clean?

We do not do lead paint or asbestos abatement, and we will not dry-sweep suspected lead dust. A lot of East Nashville, Inglewood, and Sylvan Park housing stock predates 1978, and if your remodel disturbed painted surfaces in a home from that era, the correct sequence is a certified abatement contractor first and us after. We will say so on site rather than cleaning around it. We also do not do mold remediation, though we clean normally once a remediation contractor has signed off.

Do you work with general contractors on a schedule?
