What is included in a standard grounds visit?

Mowing, string trimming, edging along walks and curbs, blowing all hard surfaces clean, and lot policing for litter and debris. Bed maintenance, shrub trimming, mulch installation, seasonal color, pressure washing, and leaf removal are scoped separately so you are not paying a flat rate for work that only happens twice a year.

Can you meet our insurance and vendor onboarding requirements?

Tell us the coverage limits, additional-insured wording, and any vendor portal your property requires and we will confirm in writing that we can meet them before we quote. We would rather tell you up front that a requirement is out of range than get halfway through onboarding and stall.

What are your payment terms for commercial accounts?

Established commercial accounts are invoiced monthly in arrears on net-30 terms after the first month. New accounts start on the first month prepaid, which keeps us from having to run credit and gets service started faster. We provide a W-9 and can bill through most AP portals.

Do you cover locations outside Nashville?
